Preorders

When will I be charged?
You will be charged when the preorder is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email with complete details of the preorder and the charges.

When will I receive my preorder?
The estimated ship date for preorders will be listed in the product description. Shipping time from date of shipment will vary by country - for more information, see section below.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, then you can contact us at info@terminal.degree to change or cancel your order. If the order has already been fulfilled, then we won't be able to change or cancel it.


Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries. If your country is unavailable at check out, please contact us at info@terminal.degree.

How much does shipping cost?
Canada = calculated rate
USA = $15 flat rate
International = $35 flat rate
Asia = $45 flat rate
Oceania = $55 flat rate
South America = $60 flat rate

When will I receive my order?
We try to fulfill all orders within two business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been fulfilled. Tracking details will be activated as soon as the courier scans your package.

We try to fulfill all orders within two business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been fulfilled. Tracking details will be activated as soon as the courier scans your package. International delivery times can vary depending on the country and packages may be delayed by local customs inspection.

Will I have to pay customs fees and import duties on my international order?
Yes, please note that all international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and that you are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We have no control over these charges as customs policies can vary depending on the country. If you have additional questions related to customs fees and import duties, please contact your local customs office.

What if I entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address?
If the order has not been fulfilled, then please contact us at info@terminal.degree and we will do our best to change the shipping address. If the order has already been fulfilled, then we will not be able to change the shipping address.

I entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Can I get a refund?
No, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund if the shipping address was incorrect or complete.

What if my package is “returned to sender?”
If your package is returned to us for any reason, then we will refund the order less the shipping fees. We are not able to re-ship returned packages.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package. If you have not received updated tracking information after fourteen consecutive days from the ship date, please contact us at info@terminal.degree for assistance.


Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Do you accept returns for exchange or refund?
No - all sales are considered final. Please make sure to consult product specifications before placing your order.
